Let's travel back in time to revisit interesting events:
|
- 1802: Victor Hugo, French author, early adopter of Spiritism, and Spirit author, is born in Besançon, France, on February 26.
- 1822: The nun Joana Angélica de Jesus, martyr of Brazilian independence and former incarnation of the spirit author Joanna de Ângelis, discarnates on February 19.
- 1832: on February 6, Allan Kardec marries Amélie Boudet.
- 1842: Camille Flammarion, French astronomer, author, and early exponent of Spiritism is born in Val-de-Meuse, France, on February 26.
- 1926: Gabriel Delanne discarnates on the 15th of February in Paris.
- 1939: The spirit Emmanuel finishes writing the Spiritist bestseller "Two Thousand Years Ago" through the medium Francisco Xavier on February 9.
- 1949: The renowned Spiritist medium Divaldo Franco psychographed his first spirit message on February 27. The spirit Marco Prisco was the author.

Feb 15th: Spirituality in Guiding Clinical Practice in Mental Health Care
|
|
|
The Spiritist Medical Association presents the second webinar of its series on Spirituality in Mental Health. The next webinar will be on February 15th with Dr. Elaine Drysdale, who will give a presentation on “Spirituality in Guiding Clinical Practice in Mental Health Care”.

|
|
Following the lecture, there will be a 30-min session for questions from the audience. The webinars are open to everyone, and a nominal fee of $20 per event is charged to help SMA defray the costs involved with the event. Register for this webinar at https://sma-us.org/events/.

March 18/19th: The 12th Spiritist Federation of Florida Conference
|
|
|
The Spiritist Federation of Florida's annual conference is back in Miami on March 18 and 19 at the Kovens Conference Center. This 2-day event will feature four Spiritist speakers from Brazil and live interpretation into English.
